大麻素在风湿性疾病治疗中的应用
随着大麻在世界范围内的医学应用越来越广泛，对该药效果与风险的了解是必要的。
与风湿性疾病相关的疼痛，是各种国家医用大麻的适应症。
到目前为止，初步临床试验已经探索大麻对类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎和纤维肌痛的影响；初步证据还发现大麻素系统与其他风湿性疾病，包括系统性硬化和幼年特发性关节炎之间的关联。
大麻的潜在药效可能是由于它对免疫系统的影响，对各种免疫细胞（包括T细胞、B细胞和巨噬细胞）发挥免疫调节作用。然而，现有的证据还不足以支持大麻素治疗风湿性疾病的建议。
